“Situated in Canton and being the emblem，the Baiyun Hill partakes of magnificence， and the Pearl River enjoys the endlessflow； surrounded by these scenic beauty and being the glory of our nation， ourcampus comes into sight.”
“We， as students， should bear in mind that we are responsible for putting theory into practice as well as revitalizing our motherland.”
2019年7月8日中午时分，骄阳似火。暑期“三下乡”社会实践活动出征仪式在雄浑的校歌声中缓缓揭开了序幕。
At noon on July 8， 2019， the sun was shining like fire. The expedition ceremony of the project began with the vigorous voice by students.
序幕
-Prologue-
随即是师生代表发言环节，师生各一位，而陈绮雯老师作为其中的教师代表上台发言。
Afterwards， the student and teacher representatives delivered their speechs， and Mandy was one of them.

致师生：
“2017年7月，我第一次跟随外国语学院雕情贝艺社会实践队前往汕头市开展一系列的贝雕调研工作，而今年7月也正好是我与雕情贝艺走过的第三个年头。
“July of 2017 witnessed my first time to visit Shangtou City formaterials with the Diao Qing Bei Yi（a team of the project， stands for Foreign School in our college）. Similarly， the same month of 2019 marks the third year about the founding of our team，”said Mandy.
在带队实践的过程中，我感触最深的一点是：三下乡指导老师任重道远，要承担起安全责任，指导责任以及教育责任。” —— 拥有着近三年的带队经验，她首谈的不是成绩，而是责任。
“What impressed me most during the process of practice is that the tutor who should shoulder heavy responsibilitiesto safeguard， instruct and educate the students”added Many. She， a experienced tutor of threeyears’projects， lays the premium on the responsibility rather than achievement.
这种责任在安全上体现得淋漓尽致，尤其体现在对纪律的强调上：“出发前，我会先与学生们约法三章：第一，不脱队；第二，晚上不出门；第三，发生问题，忍让为主。毕竟我们对活动实践地情况无法完全掌握，队内日常生活和工作都是会牵涉到队伍的安全问题。”
Much ink has been spilled over the safe security， especially the discipline. “Before the practice， I will ensure that all students in our team must abide by the following disciplines. That is， the first one isthe team awareness；the second one， everyone ought to stay at room respectively； and the final one， due to the mystery of practice， when the team is in rouble， members should strike a compromise to secure the profit of the whole team， security.”explained Mandy.
而对于团队里面的具体操作，她有着冷静的思考。遇到问题就依赖老师，不好意思，“那这就再也不是学生的三下乡。”
Mandy shows a composed mind on the specific activities of the team. She pointed out that students should learnto be independent when face difficulties， if not， that just a sheer teacher-oriented activity.
“传道授业是教师最基本的教育责任。”发言最终还是回归到教育责任——她始终铭记自己是一名教育工作者。“授人以鱼不如授人渔。”除了表明这是一项基本原则，更多地体现着一种自我期许与自我勉励的向上向善。
The whole speech inevitably came to the conclusion that the educational responsibility counts.“Imparting is the essential responsibility of teachers，”added Mandy whose identity of teacher never fades. Not only the basic rule， but the essence of self-expectation and self-courage are validated by the saying ，give a man a fish and you feed him for a day ，teach a man to fish and you feed himfor a lifetime.
发言的尾声，是对全体师生的期盼与祝福：“我深信大家通过服务社会服务人民的活动，一定能够书写2019年我校大学生暑期三下乡活动的新篇章。”
At the end of speech，Mandy shared her hope with all teachersand students. “I believe that we definitely could turn a new leaf of the project in 2019 by means of devoting ourselves to serving people.

发言环节之后是授旗仪式。我队队员黄晓滢同学上台接过了学校党委统战部部长殷丹老师的授旗。
After the speech process， there came the ceremony of presenting flags. Huang Xiaoying，a student of our team， came to the stage and received the flag given by Yin Dan（ a teacher of secretary of United Front Department of School Party Committee）.
“旗帜代表着传承，”校团委书记代亮老师在授旗仪式中补充发言，“我希望你们都能够传承好三下乡精神。”
“Flag is the emblem of succession and I wish you could inherit the spirit of the practice！”added Dai Liang（one ofthe secretariesof Youth League Committee ） during the process of presenting flags.
